Moreover, Ismael and Hanna guided the sellers through the intricacies of a tax-deferred 1031 exchange, aiding them in identifying a suitable replacement property. To ensure a smooth transition, we skillfully negotiated multiple extension options, affording the sellers ample time to secure their new investment.
