Hanna John will provide guidance on interior and exterior cosmetics (i.e exterior paint job, unit remodels, interior paint jobs) as well as structural improvements (i.e seismic retrofit management) that you could implement prior to listing your asset to increase valuation and maximize proceeds. 

Did  you know that any capital improvements can be passed on to your residential tenants? You are allowed to “Pass-Through” 50% of any of your Capital improvements(i.e new roof, exterior paint job, etc), over ten years to your residential tenants. For mandatory seismic retrofits, you are allowed to pass on 100% of the costs(plus interest) over 20 years. Hanna John can consultant on this process, and can help ensure that your hard earned investment translates into a higher revenue stream.
